SISIG is a popular Filipino dish often sold in the streets in the Philippines. Typically made with chopped pork belly, ears, and jowl and liver, but did you know you can make it with chicken? I made CHICKEN SISIG using Rotisserie Chicken bought from the store. Remove the meat and skin from the bones, chop into small pieces, and saute over high heat until slightly crispy. Season with soy sauce or liquid seasoning, sugar, calamansi juice, mayonnaise, and black pepper. Saute until combined. Turn of
