Some folks have asked me about stretches for runners and this is one of my post run sequences. Here's a few tips that work for me: 🏃♀️ Stretch head to toe and when you do so acknowledge areas of tension/tightness. These may deserve a little more focus but you still need to perform full body mobility and stretch sequences. 🏃♀️ I like to start in a deep squat and move around into hip stretches and kneeling hamstring stretches.
