Let’s make umqombothi Ingredients King Korn 3kg Maize meal 2kg Mnati 750g Process Sunday evening 1. Sunday evening - Mix 2kg King Korn with 2kg Maize meal add cold water to make a thick paste fill the rest of the bucket with hot water so you have a warm mixture. This is how we make Umqombothi at home. This process takes 4- 5 days at home , i don’t know about you. NB We all have different ways and techniques to make Umqombothi and this is our way at home.
